Hi David and Lisa, Great news — October is one of the best months for Everest Base Camp! Clear skies, mild days, and stunning mountain views. I completely understand the altitude concern — you're not alone. Most of our EBC trekkers are first-timers at altitude, and here's the thing: our itinerary is specifically designed for this. We build in two acclimatization days (Namche Bazaar at 3,440m and Dingboche at 4,410m) where you rest, explore, and let your body adjust naturally. As weekend hikers, you have a great fitness base. The trek isn't technical — it's about pacing, hydration, and listening to your body. Your guide will monitor everyone daily. What's included in the $1,450/pp: • TIMS card + Sagarmatha National Park permit • All lodge accommodation and meals on trail • Experienced English-speaking guide + porter (1 per 2 trekkers) • Kathmandu airport transfers + 1 night pre-trek hotel What to bring: layered clothing for -5°C to 20°C range, broken-in hiking boots, and a positive mindset! We provide a detailed packing list after booking. One more thing — if at any point you'd like a safety net, we also offer a shorter Gokyo Lakes trek (12 days, max 5,360m) as an alternative. Some clients book both options and decide en route. Looking forward to getting you to Base Camp! Warm regards, [Operator Name]

Your clients are nervous.
A price list won't help.

Trekking clients aren't buying a holiday — they're trusting you with their safety. The reply that earns that trust wins the booking.

Most

Are first-timers at altitude

Most of your clients have never been above 3,000m. They need reassurance from someone who understands their concerns and addresses them with authority — not a PDF.

0 templates

Will work here

Permits, acclimatization schedules, gear lists, group vs private, shoulder seasons — every inquiry is different. Templates can't handle this complexity.

Same price

Different reply wins

Same trek, same price. The operator whose reply feels knowledgeable and personal gets the booking. The one who sounds like a brochure gets ignored.

ReplyArk processes emails in memory and immediately discards the content. No email text is ever stored in our database or logs. You can disconnect your inbox at any time and all processing stops instantly.

About 2 minutes. Connect your email inbox (Gmail, Outlook, or any IMAP provider), and ReplyArk starts learning from your conversations immediately. You can also upload documents and paste your website URL for deeper knowledge — but this is optional.

You review every draft before it's sent — nothing goes out without your approval. ReplyArk also flags uncertain information as [NEEDS REVIEW] so you know exactly where to double-check. You're always in control.

No. ReplyArk works alongside your existing email setup — Gmail, Outlook, or any IMAP provider. You keep using your email as you always have. ReplyArk reads incoming emails, drafts replies, and you review and send them.

ChatGPT can write fluent text, but it doesn't know your trek routes, your acclimatization schedules, your permit requirements, or your company's preferred phrasing. ReplyArk learns all of this from your emails, documents, and website — and verifies facts against your actual data. When it's unsure, it flags [NEEDS REVIEW] instead of guessing.
